How to Reset Products

Reset Products lets you delete all products from your Stockroom.

This option is available to the account owner in Settings > Stockroom > Stockroom Setup.

Before You Reset

Resetting products is permanent and cannot be undone.

This will remove products from your active Stockroom product list. It will also remove each product’s barcodes and tags, and mark related variants as deleted.

This will not reset:

  • Invoices

  • Documents

  • Inventory transactions

  • Users

  • Branches

  • Customers

  • Account settings

If you also need to clear transaction history, use Reset Transactions instead, if available for your account.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Open Stockroom.

  3. Select Stockroom Setup.

  4. Scroll to Reset Products.

  5. Click RESET PRODUCTS.

  6. Read the confirmation message carefully.

  7. Type RESET in the confirmation field.

  8. Click RESET PRODUCTS to confirm.

After the reset, your products will no longer appear in the Stockroom product list.

IMPORTANT

Only proceed if you are sure you want to remove all products from Stockroom. This action cannot be undone.
