Getting Started with Imonggo Mobile

Here, we'll show you everything you need to get started using Imonggo with an Android tablet or iPad, receipt printer and cash drawer.

Welcome to Imonggo! Getting started using Imonggo with an Android tablet or iPad only takes a few minutes.

If you haven't created an Imonggo account yet, create one here.

Before setting up

You should have the hardware below.

  1. Android tablet or iPad

    1. Android tablet or Apple iPad

    2. USB cable or Lightning cable

    3. Adapter

  2. Printer

    1. Star SP700 Bluetooth Printer

    2. POS Rolls

    3. Power Cable

  3. Cash Drawer

    1. Key

    2. RJ11 Cable

Once you have your hardware and an Imonggo account. Follow the steps below to get started using Imonggo with the hardware.

Steps

  1. Connect the cash drawer to the Star SP700 Bluetooth Printer with the RJ11 Cable

  2. Turn on the printer and load in the POS Rolls

  3. Turn on your tablet and connect it to the printer via bluetooth.

  4. Install Imonggo on your tablet (make sure to allow notifications)

  5. Login to the Imonggo app as the owner of your account.
