Most browsers allow you to remove the headers and footers information on the print out (which may include URL, page number, date and time). In Windows, this option option is normally found in the File > Page Setup of the browser. In Mac, this option can be found in the File > Print menu if you are using Firefox.

When the receipt shows up in the Print Preview, click More Settings and uncheck the Headers and Footers option.
